1. The Service

COAI Lead Engine ("the Service") is a business-development tool that scans publicly listed business information (via Google Maps data) and helps you identify and contact local businesses. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the in-app billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Quotas (API calls per month) are shown in-app and reset each calendar month.

7-day money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund that payment in full — no questions asked.

3. Acceptable Use

• Use the data you collect for legitimate business outreach (cold outreach must comply with applicable laws — CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and local rules).
• Don't resell, scrape, or redistribute the Service or its data feeds.
• Don't use the Service to target businesses in ways that would violate Google's Terms of Service.
• One account per person; don't share your credentials.

4. Data

Business listing data is provided by third parties (Google). We don't guarantee its accuracy or completeness. Your CRM data is stored in your browser (localStorage) — you are responsible for backing it up.

5. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
