1. What we collect
- Account data: your email address, an (encrypted) password, and optionally your name ā needed to run your account.
- Usage data: counts of API calls (for quota metering and billing). Not message content.
- Billing data: processed by Stripe ā we only store a Stripe customer ID, never card numbers.
2. What stays on YOUR device
Your lead CRM (contacts, notes, outreach status) is stored in your browser's localStorage. We never see or store it on our servers.
3. Third parties
- Google Maps Platform: business search requests are made through our server to find listings.
- Stripe: payment processing (governed by stripe.com/privacy).
- AI providers (only if you use AI outreach features, and only with the provider you select): message drafts are generated from the business info you send.
4. Cookies
One essential cookie (coai_session) keeps you logged in. No tracking or advertising cookies.
5. Your rights
Email us anytime at chaoticallyorganizedai@gmail.com to export or delete your account data. Deleting your account removes your email, credentials, and usage history.
6. Security
Passwords are hashed (scrypt), sessions are HttpOnly cookies, and API keys live only on the server.
